Interultima d.o.o., Draga\u202f10, 10291\u202fPrigorje\u202fBrdove\u010dko, Croatia (Company ID\/OIB\u202f03494769229), processes and protects the personal data of users of its services and visitors to www.xpres.hr<\/a><\/strong> in accordance with all applicable personal\u2011data\u2011protection laws and regulations.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Users<\/h2>\r\n

To register in the MacJack application a user must provide an e\u2011mail address, username and password. During registration we also collect the user\u2019s ID number, IP address and a record of the user\u2019s acceptance of the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy.\u202fAt registration the user may optionally enter gender and age in order to receive individualised loyalty\u2011programme rewards.<\/p>\r\n

Under the Croatian Electronic Communications Act we may send existing customers and registered users news about our services and products. Data are used to segment customers by purchase history and interests, enabling personalised content (e.g. past purchases allow us to predict future needs and send relevant offers). Registered users also receive information on accrued loyalty points, special benefits and promotion periods.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Purposes of Processing<\/h2>\r\n

Interultima d.o.o. primarily uses the data collected to
\u2022\u202fprovide technical support and respond to user enquiries;
\u2022\u202fdetect, prevent or resolve security or technical issues;
\u2022\u202fanalyse purchasing trends and compile statistics by automated means;
\u2022\u202finform users about new products or promotional offers;
\u2022\u202fcomply with applicable laws, regulations or binding orders of courts and public authorities;
\u2022\u202fenforce the Terms of Use, including investigation of potential breaches;
\u2022\u202fprotect the rights, property or safety of Interultima d.o.o., its partners, users or the public.<\/p>\r\n

For newsletter distribution and related IT\u2011marketing services we process the user\u2019s e\u2011mail address and transaction data. The system records newsletter opens and link clicks to provide statistical insight into which content interests recipients most.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Enquiries and Complaints<\/h2>\r\n

The xpres.com<\/strong> website provides an e\u2011mail address and a toll\u2011free number (+385\u202f800\u202f200\u202f304) for direct contact. Personal data supplied in an enquiry are stored and processed solely for the purpose of providing the requested information.<\/p>\r\n

Personal data necessary to resolve a product complaint (name, surname and e\u2011mail address) are retained for twelve (12) months from receipt, in line with consumer\u2011protection regulations.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
