Refunds are processed through the MacJack app, directly to your in-app wallet.
Download the app from the App Store or Google Play, register by following the instructions in the app, and confirm your registration via email. Then, visit the nearest vending machine and scan the QR code on the machine to connect your account to our system.
You can then use the refunded amount in your wallet for future purchases at any XPRES machine.
If the transaction was made by card and the product wasn’t delivered, the funds will remain reserved on your account and will be automatically refunded within 24 hours
