Interultima d.o.o., Draga 10, 10291 Prigorje Brdovečko, Croatia (Company ID/OIB 03494769229), processes and protects the personal data of users of its services and visitors to www.xpres.hr in accordance with all applicable personal‑data‑protection laws and regulations.
Users
To register in the MacJack application a user must provide an e‑mail address, username and password. During registration we also collect the user’s ID number, IP address and a record of the user’s acceptance of the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy. At registration the user may optionally enter gender and age in order to receive individualised loyalty‑programme rewards.
Under the Croatian Electronic Communications Act we may send existing customers and registered users news about our services and products. Data are used to segment customers by purchase history and interests, enabling personalised content (e.g. past purchases allow us to predict future needs and send relevant offers). Registered users also receive information on accrued loyalty points, special benefits and promotion periods.
Purposes of Processing
Interultima d.o.o. primarily uses the data collected to
• provide technical support and respond to user enquiries;
• detect, prevent or resolve security or technical issues;
• analyse purchasing trends and compile statistics by automated means;
• inform users about new products or promotional offers;
• comply with applicable laws, regulations or binding orders of courts and public authorities;
• enforce the Terms of Use, including investigation of potential breaches;
• protect the rights, property or safety of Interultima d.o.o., its partners, users or the public.
For newsletter distribution and related IT‑marketing services we process the user’s e‑mail address and transaction data. The system records newsletter opens and link clicks to provide statistical insight into which content interests recipients most.
Enquiries and Complaints
The xpres.com website provides an e‑mail address and a toll‑free number (+385 800 200 304) for direct contact. Personal data supplied in an enquiry are stored and processed solely for the purpose of providing the requested information.
Personal data necessary to resolve a product complaint (name, surname and e‑mail address) are retained for twelve (12) months from receipt, in line with consumer‑protection regulations.
User Rights
At any time a user may request information on the processing of his or her personal data and exercise the following rights:

rectification or completion of data to keep them accurate and up to date;

erasure of data where no legitimate retention reason exists;

objection to, and/or restriction of, processing (e.g. while the accuracy of data is contested);

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal. Users may object to processing based on legitimate interest for the purposes of direct marketing. They may also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).

Data Tracking – Cookies and Web Analytics
Interultima d.o.o. is authorised to store “cookies” on your device. Cookies save you time when using xpres.com and enable us to monitor and tailor content to your interests.
Each cookie contains a unique cookie ID—a sequence of characters that allows websites and servers to recognise your browser. Cookies allow us to offer a user‑friendly experience that would not be possible without them. A user may block cookies at any time via browser settings and delete existing cookies. Disabling cookies may affect the full functionality of our site.
For traffic statistics we also use Google Analytics (Google LLC) as a data processor. Data processed include IP address, browser type, language settings, request time and cookie identifiers. IP addresses are deleted after nine (9) months and cookie data after eighteen (18) months. You may opt out of Google Analytics display advertising and tailor Display Network ads via the Ads Settings tool (http://www.google.com/settings/ads).
Interultima d.o.o. also collects non‑personally‑identifiable information such as the URL visited before and after xpres.com, browser type and anonymised IP address. Authorised service providers and advertisers may gather this information automatically via cookies or similar technologies. We use such data solely for troubleshooting, site administration, trend analysis, demographic statistics, legal compliance and cooperation with law‑enforcement authorities.
Personal data may be transferred outside the EU/EEA under the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses with appropriate safeguards in place.
Governing Law
These Privacy Policy provisions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
Severability
If any provision of this Privacy Policy is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision shall apply only to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability; all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Interultima d.o.o. reserves the right to amend or update this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. Please check this page periodically for changes; the effective date at the top will indicate when updates take effect.
