How can I request a refund?

Did the product fail to dispense? Were there no cups or stirrers available?

Please contact us via our info line at 0800 200 304 or send us a message on WhatsApp at +385 200 304. Briefly describe your issue – for example: “Machine number 10074 at Ruševje 2 did not dispense an espresso.”

Refunds are processed through the MacJack app, directly to your in-app wallet.

Download the app from the App Store or Google Play, register by following the instructions in the app, and confirm your registration via email. Then, visit the nearest vending machine and scan the QR code on the machine to connect your account to our system.

You can then use the refunded amount in your wallet for future purchases at any XPRES machine.

If the transaction was made by card and the product wasn’t delivered, the funds will remain reserved on your account and will be automatically refunded within 24 hours

Who can I contact if the machine is out of order?

You can report a malfunction by calling our info line at 0800 200 304.
Please briefly describe the issue and specify the location of the machine so our technician can respond as quickly as possible.

We typically resolve reported malfunctions within a few hours.

What should I do if no one answers the info line?

If we’re unavailable via the info phone line:

Send us a message on WhatsApp at +385 200 304 – we usually respond within a few minutes,
or send an email to info@interultima.hr, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

What should I do if water is leaking from the machine?

Immediately unplug the machine from the power source!

Then call our info line at 0800 200 304 as soon as possible so we can respond quickly and help prevent further damage or malfunction.

What should I do if the screen on the machine goes black?

Unplug the machine, wait a few seconds, and then plug it back in to perform a reset.

If the machine still doesn’t work after that, please call our info line at 0800 200 304 or send a message via WhatsApp at +385 200 304.
A technician will be dispatched to the location to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

How to use the MacJack app

  1. Download the MacJack app from the Google Play Store or App Store.

  2. Register within the app by following the on-screen instructions.

  3. After registration, scan the QR code on the vending machine to link your account to the device and make your registration visible in the system.

  4. Top up your MacJack wallet:

    • via your mobile card (Apple Wallet or Google Wallet), or

    • with cash at the machine (select “Top up with cash” in the app, insert cash into the machine, and your balance will appear in the app within seconds).

  5. Select your desired product.

  6. Pay using the money or points in your wallet.

  7. Enjoy your product!

With every wallet transaction in the MacJack app, you earn points that you can later redeem for products at the machine!

Can I offer free coffee to my employees?

Absolutely!
Each month, we’ll issue an invoice based on actual consumption, or you can set a fixed monthly budget according to your preferences.
